पंचगव्य Nasal Drops
प्रयोग विधि:-
1. एका भांड्यात पाणी गरम करून घेणे, त्या पाण्यात नस्यामृत ची बाटली ठेवणे, बाटली मधील द्रव्य पातळ झाल्यावर नाकात २-२ थेंब सोडणे.
2. गंभीर समस्यांसाठी नस्यामृत दिवसातून 3 वेळा नाकात सोडावे (सकाळी, दुपारी, निशाचर), कमी समस्या असेल तर फक्त झोपेच्या वेळी नस्यामृत चा वापर सरळ झोपून नाकात २ थेंब टाकावे (उशीशिवाय).
3. नाकात सोडल्यानंतर १ तास शांत झोपावे आणि पाणी पिऊ नये…
4. सर्दी/कफ नाकात/घशात आल्यास बाहेर काढावा.
