Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order will be shipped within 1-3 working days from the date of receipt.

It takes 2-7 working days to deliver within India (delivery to metro cities are faster) after the order is shipped.

For shipping we are dependent on third party i.e. our shipping partners (courier company). We ship only through reputed courier companies.

The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be emailed to you once the product is shipped.

All the products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging – please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged – in such events we request you to take the photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package and return the package back to the carrier. If you accept such package it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime before the product is dispatched by The Website by calling our customer service or by logging into your buyer’s account on The Website and clicking on cancel option in your orders list. The Website has a strict no exchange / no return / no refund policy for Jewellery and Inner Garments.

Return Policy other than Jewellery and Inner Garments

This Facility is not applicable on the product(s) purchased in Sale or Offer.

This Facility must be initiated by the buyer within 24 hours after receipt of the product(s). Unfortunately, we cannot accept This Facility after 24 hours.

The product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received in.

This Facility is not applicable for altered or customized products made / changed as per customers requirements.

Please note that The Website will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to the product(s) after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains and/or any other wear and tear.

The Website reserves the right to refuse This Facility if found not valid, in such cases the relevant reasoning will be provided to the customer.

Once we confirm the acceptance of This Facility kindly pack the product(s) along with the original packing roll and bubble wrap in Tamper Proof Courier Polybag provided with the original order. We will arrange for the pickup through our courier partners. The courier label will be sent by email which is needed to be printed & pasted on the parcel. Please be available at the time of pickup.

If in case of any area pin code is not serviceable for pickup then the parcel has to be shipped by the customer at the address mentioned on the invoice and email us the receipt of the courier at our email address mentioning the order details.

Refund (excluding the shipping charges) will be initiated within 7-10 bank working days from the date of receipt of the product(s) in the original condition.

Refund will be processed in the original mode of payment. If the original mode of payment was COD, the refund will be processed by NEFT to buyer’s bank account for which we will ask you your NEFT details.
