Tilgul Laddu

Tilgul Laddu is a traditional Maharashtrian sweet made especially for Makar Sankranti. It is prepared using roasted sesame seeds (til) and jaggery (gul), often mixed with peanuts, dry coconut, or a little ghee for richness.
