तांदूळ,उडीदडाळ ,हरभरा डाळ,
ओवा,धने,जिरे,हिंग

          कृती  :

            *  धपाटा
पीठ दह्यात भिजवावे.

            *  पिठात
चवीप्रमाणे मीठ,तिखट,हळद,थोडे
तेल,लसूण,कोथिंबीर,तीळ घालावे.

            *  आवडत
असल्यास सदर पिठात
कोणतीही पालेभाजी किंवा वरण
घातले तरी चालते.

            *  सदर
पिठाची भाकरी थापून किंवा
लाटून तव्यावर दोन्ही
बाजूने तेल सोडून
भाजावी. काहीजण धपाटा

                भटुऱ्याप्रमाणे  तळूनही
करतात.

            *  थालिपीठ
व पराठा याचप्रमाणे
धपाटा हा प्रकारही
खूप चविष्ट लागतो
व तो खूप
दिवस टिकतो, त्यामुळे   प्रवासास
जातानाही नेता येतो.

धपाटा लोणी,सॉस,
दही या बरोबर
खाण्यास द्यावा.

पिठात कोणत्याही कृत्रिम
या असिडिक पदार्थाचा
वापर केलेला नाही.
त्यामुळे अगदी लहान
मुलांना  किंवा
वयोवृद्ध व्यक्तींसाठीही  अतिशय
पौष्टिक आहे.
